Beta Release: New Calendar Booking
Courses have a new, updated calendar view and booking process. Booking from Quick Keys in Point of Sale has not changed.
View Available Courses
- You will continue to select the Calendar option from within the Quick Keys area:
- Click any course on any date to view additional details, and to begin a reservation
Create a Reservation from the Calendar
- Once you have selected your trip or course, click New Reservation
- Enter the customer's details
- Use the name, phone, or email fields to search for an existing customer record
Use the "more" menu to
Create a new customer record as needed
- Save entered data as a new customer record
- Click Add to Cart to select more courses, or Checkout Now to proceed to Point of Sale to take payment
