Edit the Rental Agreement
- Every time a rental is checked out, Orchid POS will print a rental agreement.
- This agreement displays the details of the rental -- items rented, due date, and rates – as well as the rental agreement terms.
- The terms are used to display customer responsibility and the liability waiver, as well as any other printed information you must provide for your legal protection.
- Go to Office > Back Office Settings > Rental Settings.
- Edit the terms as needed.
- Use the editor to format as desired.
- Click Update to save your changes.
