Current Releases

New Reports in Beta Testing

The Monies Received Report, Purchase History, Cost of Goods Sold, Cost of Goods Delivered, Sales by Category, Sales Tax Summary, Sales by Department, Expense Account and Petty Cash, and Cash Drawer reports have all been redesigned. You can find these reports all in the Report Tab in the POS.

Inventory Valuation Reports

In the Order Inventory - Select Parts to Order Screen under the action tab, you will find 3 additional exportable reports. The Valuation Report, The Activity Report (Summary) and the Activity Report (Detailed). Each report can apply sold date or received date filters. Upon clicking submit, these exports will be generated in Excel format for you to use.

Report Builder Update

In the report builder, you can now save and recall existing reports. Additionally, transaction type, On Sale and eComm visibility filters have been added.

Ability to add attachments to Customers' Profile, Invoices and Quotes

In the Customer Details page, per customer, you will now see a tab called Files, this will allow you to add up to 10 different files of all types to the customer’s profile. You can also add up to 5 attachments to each Invoice or Quote created in the POS. The email template for Quotes and Invoices can also be updated to include linked documents. You can update these templates by going to Settings – Email Options – Templates.

Physical Inventory Tool Update

The Inventory History report has been updated to include the total item count, the system count, the difference count, extended cost difference, extended retail price difference. We have also added the View You and View All buttons to both pages, so you can easily go back and forth to adjust as needed.

Setup Option Enhancements

In Settings – Setup Options – Inventory you will now see Exclude Firearm Type. This toggle will exclude Antique firearms from sending to your Bound Book upon acquisition.

Purchase Order Suffix

Purchase Order’s can now have a suffix added to them prior to receiving all items. This can be added by going to the Manage Purchase Oder Screen and selecting a Purchase Order that is open. After adding the suffix to the Purchase Order it will not be able to be changed again. 

Standard Cost Logging

Per UPC you will now find the standard cost is logged in the adjustments tab and will only display when the default vendor has been updated.

Pistol Permit Number

The pistol permit number is now included on the contact import templates and can be a searchable field in the Register screen.

Prescheduled Discounts for eCommerce

Prescheduled discounts are now included for eCommerce products. This will apply the On Sale banner when using the sale price or a discount amount.

Universal UPC Search

In the manage products screen and in the report builder you will now find a universal UPC Search bar. This search bar is designed after the search bar in the register screen to allow you to filter off key words or descriptions to see the exact UPC you are looking for.
