Instructor and Trip Group Leader Login Access

Instructor and Trip Group Leader Login Access

Any customer contact can be designated as a course instructor or trip group leader. They can also  be provided a login ID that will allow access only to view and print course rosters and trip manifests. This does not allow them any other use of Orchid POS and does not count toward your total users.

  1. Go to Office > Contacts > Contacts and search for the customer’s account.
  2. Click their ID to access their contact details. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Other Details section and turn on Instructor and/or Group Leader.

  1. Turn the toggle ON and you will be asked if you’d like to create a limited access ID. Click OK and you will be presented with a login setup window:

  1. Set their login username and password, then click Save.
  2. For the user to login, they will go to your main store login page, then click the provided link for Instructor and Group Leader page.
  3. To manage the login’s, go to Office – Back Office Settings – Employee then click the Instructor or Group Leader button. From there, you can change the password or disable the user’s access.
