If you have a preferred or required number of an item that you need to order each time (i.e., you always order 5 at a time), use the Reorder Quantity field on the product's part details page.

• Inventory > Manage Products > Inventory; search for the item and click its part number to view part details

The number entered into the Reorder Qty field will be used when you choose Add to Cart or Quick Order in the Purchase Order system.
