Multi-Store Report Builder Enhancement
The Orchid POS report builder has been enhanced to permit search across multiple locations and stores within the same account.
Orchid POS to Orchid eBound Balancing Report
In an effort to continuously enhance compliance, we’ve created an automated inventory balancing report. Every night at 2am EST, Orchid POS and Orchid eBound will match and reconcile open, on-hand serialized inventory. Upon logging in each morning, the Orchid POS will prompt the user of any mismatch in serialized inventory. Historical reports will be maintained for 30 days or can be triggered at any time by an Orchid POS user. To execute the on-demand function, the user should navigate to ‘the Office’ drop down menu, using the link called “A&D System Reconciliation”
Gunsmithing Customer Communications
Orchid POS users can now create a template and email service updates directly from a work order and when the order is completed. This also provides the option to email related documents.
FAPS and Card Connect – Enhanced Address Verification System (AVS) Control
Enhanced credit card security controls have been added to in-store and online transactions whereby a user or customer is handkeys credit card information. The new AVS system validates adds verification of zip code and CVV to the existing address verification.
Quote / Layaway Terms and Conditions
A user identified a bug whereby the terms and conditions from a ‘Quote’ were displaying the terms and conditions from a ‘Layaway.’ This issue has been resolved.
