A&D Export Improvements
Users will now find a Date Range screen when attempting to export their A&D records with no additional filters added through the Advanced Search function. If a filter has been set, the system will not require the Date Range. This date range will be limited to a max of 180 days and will significantly improve the user experience related to system performance. User’s who are wanting their full export can still retrieve this through their Daily Bound Book Export files under Access Prior Reports.

4473 Corrections Enhancements
Electronic corrections related to 4473s will reflect the updated values on the corrected PDF of the 4473, and all corrections required to appear in the Bound Book and Corrections log do so.

NULL Value Handling
4473s with “NULL” value for any field will be reflected on the 4473 as an empty space. The word “NULL” will no longer be reflected on 4473s.

Serial Number Validation Update
Transactions with the same serial number, but different manufacturer names can be received to the user’s Bound Book with no duplicate serial number warning.

Removing Inbound Transfers from Trade/Consign Reporting
With the introduction of our new Inbound Transfer feature, Trade/Consign reports now deliver more accurate data by properly excluding inbound transactions. This refinement ensures your reports reflect only the relevant trade and consignment activity for clearer business insights.
Purchase Order Processing Safeguard
A new confirmation alert has been added to the PO receiving process to help prevent inventory discrepancies. This safeguard appears after clicking the Add button, protecting against issues that could arise from page refreshes during processing.

eBound Integration Auto-Login
The auto-login connection between POS and eBound Book has been enhanced to maintain consistent, uninterrupted access. Connection handling has been improved to ensure you stay logged in and can move seamlessly between systems without disruption.
Bug Fix
Quick Add and Trade-in/Consign Functioning From Manage Products -
A fix has been implemented with these functions where they now open reliably and consistently across all pages within the platform.
