eCommerce Checkout Experience Improvement
Improved the eCommerce checkout experience to better handle payment responses during checkout. Customers will now receive a clear message if a payment attempt cannot be completed, allowing them to quickly retry the transaction without needing to restart their session.
Ability to Display Manually Entered Price on Website
You can now choose to display a manually entered price for products on your website. This allows stores to override automatically calculated or vendor-provided prices and ensure the exact price you set is shown online. This update provides greater flexibility when managing pricing alongside formulas, vendor pricing, discounts, and membership pricing.
Bug Fix
· When customers select Pickup In Store, the system no longer prompts for a shipping address. The checkout flow is now streamlined for local pickup orders.

Avalara Integration Optimization
Optimized the Avalara tax integration to streamline when tax calculations and address validations occur during the checkout process. This reduces unnecessary validation requests and improves overall efficiency of tax processing.
Access Level and Permission Enhancements
Expanded access level controls to provide more granular permissions across key areas of the system. New options allow administrators to:
- Control employee access to Commission and Employee Reports.
- Enable or restrict Manage Rentals functionality through access levels.
- Manage visibility of eBound Integration settings based on assigned permissions.
- Allow employees to view and search product inventory without editing privileges, supporting read-only access to the Manage Products screen.
- Restrict which employees can modify membership expiration dates through a new Modify Recurring Membership Expiry permission within Loyalty and Membership settings.
- “Add / Edit Serial Numbers (Firearms)” permission in Access Levels to control which employees can manage firearm serial numbers. When disabled, employees cannot add, edit, or delete firearm serial numbers—even if ?admin is added to the URL.

- Allow users to apply discounts or override prices up to set limits, with manager approval required for any excess.

These updates give store administrators greater flexibility when assigning employee permissions while improving operational control and security.
P12 Updates
A pistol permit field has been added to customer records, allowing you to capture and store original permit information as needed.
Upcoming enhancements include optional auto-fill or manual entry for the purchase document number, a toggle to enable or disable print preview for acquisitions and dispositions, and additional firearm details (barrel length, color, and caliber) on receipts. Firearm type handling will also be updated to better support handgun and frame requirements for NY P12.
Mobile Checkout Improved
Click to Pay checkout is now fully mobile-friendly, allowing customers to complete transactions smoothly on any device.
Product Import Error Messages Now Visible
When importing or updating products, the system now displays clear error messages explaining what went wrong, making it easier to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
GunBroker Default Payments
Updated the GunBroker integration to use the default listing payment options configured in the user’s GunBroker account when creating listings. Previously, the system included all available payment options, regardless of the user’s account settings. This change ensures that listings now reflect only the payment methods the user has enabled in their GunBroker default listing preferences.

Ability To Add New Calibers and Manufactures From Dropdowns
We’ve improved the Caliber and Manufacturer dropdowns to make them easier to search and manage. These fields now use the same type-ahead search found on the +New Product screen, allowing you to quickly find options without scrolling through long lists. An “Add New” option has also been added so you can create a new manufacturer directly from the dropdown. This enhancement is available across Trade-In, Consignment, Inbound, and related quick-add product screens.
Inventory Visibility Improvement – Edit Product Page
The Edit Product Details page has been enhanced to improve inventory transparency and reduce confusion when updating stock levels. The page now displays the total cumulative reserved quantity, including items held for special orders, online sales, shipping, and GunBroker allocations. This provides clearer visibility into how inventory is reserved versus available, helping prevent incorrect manual adjustments and making it easier to understand the difference between total on-hand inventory and quantities allocated to pending transactions.

NoFraud Integration
Bug Fix:
- In select stores, an issue was discovered where item prices would incorrectly reset to $0 after being added to a purchase order. Pricing now remains accurate throughout the PO creation process.
- Fixed a three-hour time discrepancy in reconciliation reports. Your reports will now align correctly with your account's time zone settings.
- Ability to receive item from a secondary vendor
