Multiple Sales Form Aging Alert
A new alert has been added to the top of the eBound Main Menu to notify users of any multiple sales form that haven’t been processed within 24 hours, ensuring timely compliance.
Orchid IM Audit Trail
We have added an audit trail feature that will be visible to employees who hold the role of Company Admin / Inventory Manager. The audit trail will show assignments to locations and personnel.
Orchid IM Bulk Assignment
A bulk upload feature has been added that allows for multiple firearm assignments to locations and personnel.

Web Visibility Settings In the Catalog Sync Process
We’ve cleaned up the pop-up message that appears during catalog uploads or resyncs. You’ll now see clearer, more concise instructions regarding website visibility settings for your products—whether you want items visible, hidden, or skipped.
Out-of-Stock Item Bug Resolved
A bug that allowed customers to access and purchase out-of-stock items via browser search has been fixed. This issue is now resolved and no longer impacts your online sales.

Add To Cart for Below MAP Price
If a product’s online price is set below the MAP, the price will not be visible on the website. Instead, customers will see a prompt to add the product to their cart to view the best price. This pricing behavior can be configured under the Product Detail > Pricing tab.

GunBroker
Our GunBroker integration continues to evolve with new features and enhancements added weekly. The integration remains in beta, and we are actively onboarding beta customers. We’re on track for an official launch at the beginning of May.
NLA Item Cleanup
Numerous NLA (No Longer Available) items have been removed from the master catalog. Cleanup efforts continue to ensure NLA items are also removed from POS accounts and from displaying products online that are no longer available from a vendor.
We highly recommend that all customers resync their vendor catalogs. However, please proceed cautiously and/or reach out to support for assistance. Inappropriate sync toggle settings can overwrite your taxonomy, product titles, and descriptions, amongst other attributes. If you had previously customized such product information and deviated from vendor provided data, you may overwrite your personalized information.
New Membership Email Templates
Two new email templates, Membership Success and Membership Failure, are now available in the POS. You can configure these templates to send automatic notifications for membership-related updates.
New Terms & Conditions Print Setting
Within your invoice settings, there is now a toggle to control whether the terms and conditions appear on customer receipts. Note: Terms and conditions will continue to print by default on 8.5x11” documents.
Accounts Receivable Statements
Two small enhancements have been made to the statement generation process.
