NASGW SCOPE CLX Market Data Reports
As part of the NASGW SCOPE program, Orchid’s clients gain access to the association’s market data reports. By navigating to Office / SCOPE CLX Reports, you will find a live dashboard that includes:
Orchid eCommerce – Now Integrated with Orchid eState 3.0 Restrictions Search
Listed below is an announcement pertaining the forthcoming launch of Orchid eState 3.0. Included in the application is an API that can be used for Orchid eCommerce or other branded website. Upon user addition of a firearm to their shopping cart, they will be presented with an entry field for submission of the ship-to zip code. Once submitted the application will respond with notice of Restricted, Not-Restricted, Roster State or Not Yet Classified. At present we have over 30,000 firearm UPCs classified and the number is growing daily. Note, addition of the Orchid eState 3.0 API to your ecommerce is sold separately.
Consignment / QuickBooks issues
A few users have reported issues exporting their daily QuickBooks file. It was determined that a bug in the Consignment feature created an in-balance in the associated invoice which caused the export to fail. This issue has now been resolved.
Manufacturer & Model Move
The manufacturer and model fields were previously located on the firearm attributes screen. However, these fields apply broadly to all products listed in the POS. Thus, they were moved to the 'Edit Product Details' screen along-side other core attributes.
Packing Slip Enhancements
The customer address, phone number and email address have been added to the packing slip.
Contact Name Drop Down in Receiving Transactions
The drop-down menu used to select a “Received from Party” has been enhanced to include a larger selection of information. The drop down now displays the Contact Name, Address and FFL Number.
