New 3310.12 Form 
There was an update to the 3310.12 form that is now available. This change was to remove the previous Fax number on the form and update this to the MultipleLonggunSalesForms@atf.gov email address. 

Multiple Sales Review
We have reactivated the Multiple Sales Review Page so 3310.4 & 3310.12 forms can be manually generated if needed.  If you have automatic emails set up for your Multiple Sale transactions, completing a manual form, will automatically email the form to the email addresses you have listed. 

Multiple Sale Email Update
We have added the ability to include multiple email addresses in the Multiple Sale address field, you can now include as many as you would like, by separating each email address with a comma. 

Multiple Sale Process Update
If a sale requires a 3310.12 and a 3310.4 Multiple Sale Form, we have now automated this process to automatically complete both forms prior to the completion of the transaction. 

e4473 Update
The Cancel button in Section B of the e4473 has been updated to Exit. The pop-up has been updated to include "If you wish to cancel this transaction, please inform a staff member." If a customer wishes to cancel their e4473 prior to certifying the 4473, you will now be able to cancel the e4473 during the Section B status. This will automatically update the sale to Complete - Void / No Sale in the In-Process and Complete Page. 

The font size on the e4473 has been adjusted to be dynamic in all text input fields. This will help ensure easier readability on digital and printed forms. 

Single Correct Tool Update
The Name field in the Single Correct Tool for dispositions has been updated to reflect FFL Name or First, Middle and Last name. This single-entry text box is automatically populated with the information entered in the original disposition. If you need to make a correction to the Customer name in the disposition record, please update both fields to reflect the correction properly. For an FFL Disposition, only the single-text field will be populated. 


Paper 4473 Disposition Update
The ability to add your own 4473 Number has been reactivated for the Paper 4473 Transaction. This number will be searchable in the In-Process and Complete Page using the Additional Search Fields and searching that number in the External 4473 ID Field. This filter is also in the Search Queries Page under the Advanced Search Filters. You can also add an Additional Column to the Search Queries Page to include the External 4473 ID in the Search Results. 

SNIT Tool Update
In the SNIT tool you can now delete locations and sublocations. Deleting these will automatically remove them from the Take Inventory Location drop downs. 

Item Detail History
The Single Item Detail History will now include Exempt Transfers and FFL Transfers in the Employee History section of this tool. 

4473 eStorage Update
We have adjusted the color for corrections to display in a pastel color.
