New Feature – In-Network Transfers

Firearm business partners and multi-location FFLs who regularly transfer firearms between locations can now do so with greater efficiency. In-Network Transfer allows the recipient of an in-bound receipt from an eBound network partner to view the entire receipt, validate the serial numbers and acquire them with the touch of a button.

Multi-FFL customers that operate under the same eBound account have ‘automatic’ access to transfer between locations without having to request approval. Admin level privileges allow the account owner to turn the feature on or off at a global level.

Business partners who transfer firearms regularly can send an electronic request for the receiving party to become ‘a network partner’ which will then permit future network transfers. If the receiving party is not a current Orchid eBound user, the application will send them an invitation to join at a discount, sponsored by the requesting party.

Updates to /Queue API Endpoint for LOAs

We have updated the /Queue API endpoint to validate against the LOA Expiration Date when present. There is no change to the transaction validation for all transactions without an LOA Expiration Date.

Orchid IM Enhancements

We have fixed an issue where users were unable to assign branches in the Edit Users – IM Access screen. Also, all Branch dropdowns are now sorted in alphabetical order for ease of use. 

4473 – Updates to POB Code

We have corrected the POB code for “Northern Marianas” from MK to MP.
