Release Overview
Orchid eBound™ Dashboard
The Dashboard has been reorganized to simplify access to eBound transactions, Reporting and FFL Management / Configuration. All transactions (Operating, Retail and Special) are now grouped together at the top of the eBound Dashboard with their supporting reports underneath.
Bound Book Search has been renamed to Search Queries and now includes the ability to search as follows:
The Assignment History report (formerly “Temp. Assignment Status”) and Corrections Log now includes the ability to search across multiple bound books. A new report called Open Assignments that allows you to see which firearms are Temp Assigned across multiple bound books is also now available. All three report can be found under Special Reports.
4473 In-Process Old Key Codes
Users can now delete 4473 In-Process key codes that are no longer needed. A warning message will appear when the trash can is clicked to the right of the key code to confirm that the keycode should be deleted. This will release all Serial Numbers tied to the In-Process 4473.
Multiple Sales Form (3310.4)
We have corrected an issue where the Multiple Sales form would inadvertently exclude the 5th serial number when 6 serial numbers were disposed at one time.
