*IMPORTANT* NICS Plugin Update Notice
The NICS plugin requires reinstallation due to a recent automatic Chrome update that was pushed on Friday without prior notice, which caused the plugin to disappear from the system. Please make sure you have the newest Chrome plugin.
e4473 Enhancement – Serial Number Correction
Licensees can now correct a serial number on an “In Process” e4473. Previously, correcting a serial number required canceling the 4473 and starting over. With this enhancement, serial numbers can now be updated while the 4473 remains in an “In Process” state and the item is still reserved.
ATF EZ Check Feed Enhancement
Enhancements have been made to the nightly ATF EZ Check feed. The licensee phone number, already available in ATF EZ Check, is now also accessible through the eFFL table and API.

GunBroker Marketplace Enhancements
Several improvements have been released to streamline marketplace listing management, improve order visibility, and enhance inventory synchronization across channels.
Key Enhancements
- Added the ability to filter inventory by active listings for faster product management
- Improved marketplace order visibility with new notifications across all orders
- Enhanced invoice clarity by displaying the order source (GunBroker, Guns.com, Website, or In-Store) instead of a simple yes/no indicator
- Added invoice filtering by marketplace source for easier reporting and tracking
- Added notifications for invalid webhook credentials to surface integration issues more quickly
- Introduced required user acknowledgment to support proper setup and compliance
New Reporting Tools
- New eCommerce / Marketplace Reporting section introduced
- Added Active & Sold Listings Report to track listing status, quantities, pricing, and sales details
- Added Inventory Sync Report (Out of Sync) to compare POS inventory with marketplace listings and identify discrepancies
Important Reminder
All listings must be created directly within the POS. Listings created outside of the POS may result in inaccurate inventory counts and synchronization issues.
Live Vendor Feed Visibility Control
A new setting within Product Visibility and Availability allows dealers to hide live vendor feed inventory from their website while keeping vendor feeds active within the POS for ordering and price checks.
Fulfillment Controls for eCommerce Items
New item-level fulfillment settings provide greater control over how products are purchased and processed online. Products can now be configured as shipping only and in-store pickup only. These controls ensure fulfillment rules are enforced at the product level and improve order accuracy across channels.

GunMade Integration Update
The GunMade integration will remain in beta while final adjustments from beta testers are completed.
Held Quantity Source Visibility (Adjustment Tab)
The Adjustment tab now displays held quantities along with their originating sources. Each held quantity includes a clickable link, allowing users to quickly trace where the hold was created for improved inventory visibility and reconciliation.
Reconciliation Report Improvement
Reconciliation reporting logic has been updated to improve accuracy in RMA workflows. Work orders containing RMA’d items are now excluded while the RMA remains open, ensuring only valid inventory movements are included in reconciliation results.
FFL Information on Sales Order Receipts
Sales Order receipts now include FFL information directly on the document. Previously, this information was only available after converting it to an invoice. This enhancement improves visibility earlier in the workflow and reduces the need to reference the invoice for licensing details.
Online Payment Notification Enhancements
Improved visibility has been added for payments made through the online payment portal. When a balance or accounts receivable payment is submitted online, a notification is now triggered, similar to standard online order alerts, enabling faster awareness and tracking of incoming payments.

Exempt Transfer Option for FFL Transactions
A new Exempt Transfer option will be introduced alongside the existing FFL Transfer workflow to support transactions that do not require an FFL number. The feature follows the same transaction structure as FFL transfers, with the exemption type clearly identified while maintaining existing processing behavior.
Recurring Membership Contract Duration Controls
New contract duration options will be added for recurring memberships, allowing fixed-term commitments in addition to existing billing frequencies.
