Number Inventory Tool (SNIT) 2.0

Introducing SNIT 2.0! The Serial Number Inventory Tool (or “SNIT”) is used to compare your Bound Book inventory against your physical inventory.  The SNIT process is modeled after a common ATF Mock Inspection and can be used to identify unwanted on-or-off book firearms. SNIT has been revamped to fully integrate with your Bound Book(s) without having to upload your Open Dispositions seperately. All Orchid eBound^TM users have access to the SNIT within eBound under ‘FFL Management’. We have also fix some minor bugs and added speed enhancements to the reporting.

EZCheck Data Update

Users have reported that the lookup fields that are populated with EZCheck data were not populating with the latest data. This issue has been resolved.

One-Click FFL Transfer Report

We have fixed an issue where the Item No/SKU was being excluded in the one-click FFL Transfer Report PDF download. 

Item Detail Report

The Item Detail Report has been updated to reflect the full transaction history for a Serial Number regardless of the user who made the transaction. 

Disassemble Transaction

We have added a control to prevent a disassemble transaction from processing unless one of the regulated characteristics (Manufacturer, Model, Caliber/Gauge, Type, Importer or Country of Manufacturer) has been changed.
