Orchid eBound
Bound Book Page Updates
We have added Temporary Assignment as an additional column to the Search Queries page. This will allow you to easily identify any serial numbers that are currently assigned to an employee. We have also updated the ATF PDF Export to exclude the Timestamp on all transactions from this report. 

Multiple Sale Form Email Update
In the Multiple Sale Forms history found in the Retail Reports, you will now see an ellipsis next to the response in the Email sent column. If you click on this, it will display exactly what day, time and who this form was emailed to. 

Used Firearm Updates
We have included a new checkbox on the Receive Transaction in eBound called Is Used. This will allow you to mark your received firearms as Used, and easily filter them using the additional column New/Used in the Search Queries Page. 

Single Correct Tool Update
We have included the Is Used checkbox in the Single Correct Tool. This will allow you to add or remove the previous selection to the checkbox. 

Upload Transaction Update
We have changed the Bound Book Selector dropdown to display the Bound Book name instead of the FFL Name to make it easier to select the correct Bound Book. 

Configurable Barcode Labels
In eBound, you can now access Configurable Barcode Labels through the Printer Settings. Please note that only the Dymo 550 model and the 30252 labels are supported at this time. You will see that we have 2 new label templates, that you can customize with 6 different properties. The properties include Manufacturer, Model, Caliber, Serial Number, SKU, UPC and Serial Number. Each label can include a variation of Text and Barcode printing. Please note that Barcodes have limitations, we do not recommend that you assign Manufacturer, Model or Caliber to a Barcode. This may cause the label to print incorrectly due to special characters, or character limitations. You can find a walkthrough of the new labels by clicking here. 

New Login Screen
We have updated our login portal to allow us to update important messages to all of our users. You will notice that the sign in is now designated to the left, and on the right portion of the screen we will put important information related to updates, and other information we would like to display for easy access. 

Orchid POS and Orchid eCommerce
eCommerce Update for 0.00 Retail Items
We have updated our CPanel to add a toggle in the Preferences to not display items on Orchid websites that have a Retail or Online Price of 0.00. This is by default active on all accounts. We have added this feature to ensure that if an item is activated to a website, that it will not allow the product to display to a consumer for purchase. 

eCommerce Variant Update
We have updated product variants to exclude the "More Choices Available" message if size is the only attribute assigned to the variant. We have also updated the display of out-of-stock products in the variant to disable the out-of-stock options. 

Expense Items Update
The Sales by Department and Sales by Category Beta Reports have been updated to filter the expense transaction totals. This was designed so you can easily see your sales total and exclude your expense total. 

Import/Export Enhancements
We have been working on enhancing the speed in which Imports and Exports are completed, by adjusting the validation on our import and export files. You will notice that you can now import Taxonomy with the same Category and Subcategory names. You will also be able to see the thumbnails from our catalogs are now displayed immediately after import, allowing you to add them to your eCommerce website within minutes of setting your specific cost and retail price. 

B2B Portal Update
We have enhanced the process of creating contracts for your Business Customers. Specific to B2B Instances, you will now see that the contracts are found on each Business Customer Profile. You will be able to set your start and end date for each contract, add the contract number, set the contract price, and then add as many items needed with each products individual price. After the contract is curated, that Business Customer will be able to sign into your website and see the specific pricing in their contract. 

Development Features in Progress
We are currently working on a few enhancement features to the POS and eCommerce software. These items are currently in progress and should be available in the next few releases after beta testing is complete.

Coupon Update to allow for percentage discounts in the POS
