Release Overview
Q3S15.22 provides enhancements/updates to the following areas:
  1. Automated Daily Backup Tool *New*
  2. Operations Report – New Features!
  3. Standardization of Standard Transactions Display Fields
  4. Multiple Sales Report (3310.4) / 4473

Automated Daily Backup Tool *New*

We are thrilled to announce the release of our brand new automated backup tool. Our goal was to make the process simpler and more reliable for all users, but especially for those large FFLs who have millions of transactions in one book. The new backup tool integrates eBound with a Dropbox account, allowing you quick access to your daily backup files. Please fill out a tech support ticket if you would like to implement the new automated backup tool. Setup instructions can be found here.

 

Operations Report – New Features!

Users can now run the Operations Report for FFL Transfers, Exempt Transfers, completed 4473s, and destruction transactions. Reports can be filtered by Customer Name, Notes, Transaction date and/or Item No/SKU. “Transfers” has been renamed to “FFL Transfers”. Also, you can now filter by Item No/SKU by either using exact match or broad match.

 

Standardization of Standard Transactions Display Fields

We have standardized the display fields in the bottom right corner of the Serialize, Receive, FFL Transfer, and Exempt Transfer screens to now show Serial Number, Manufacturer, Type, Model and Caliber.

 

Multiple Sales Report (3310.4) / 4473
We have corrected an issue where the Multiple Sales form and 4473 would inadvertently exclude the Country of Birth if outside of the US.
