Release Overview
Q3S16a.22 provides enhancements/updates to the following areas:
  1. eBound Layout Update for ATF Ruling 2021R-05 *New*
  2. Standard Transactions Auto Populated with Today’s Date *Optional*
  3. Bound Book Search Download (.CSV and .PDF)

  5. Part Master Type-Ahead

eBound Layout Update for ATF Ruling 2021R-05

We have updated the layout of the ATF PDF Report download file to be in compliance with ATF Ruling 2021R-05

 

Standard Transactions Auto Populated with Today’s Date *Optional*

We have updated the standard transactions (Serialize, Receive, FFL Transfer, Exempt Transfer, Assemble, Disassemble, Destroy) to auto-populate Physical Date with today’s date. Users have the ability to turn this feature off and on in the ‘Manage Users’ screen.

 

Bound Book Search Download (.CSV and .PDF)

We have updated an issue where .CSV downloads were downloading the entire Bound Book and not the search query. We have also updated an issue where Notes were inadvertently being excluded from .CSV downloads. PDF downloads have been improved with speed enhancements.  

 

Bound Book Access

Users will now automatically be given access to a new Bound Book upon creation.

 

Part Master Type-Ahead

Regulated fields in the Part Master have been updated to Type-Ahead fields similar to the Standard Transactions.

 

Company Admin Settings


We have updated an issue where users would not be able to edit the Company Admin settings in ‘Manage Users’
