Release Overview
Q3S16b.22 provides enhancements/updates to the following areas:
· Orchid eStateTM 2.0 *NEW!*
· Corrections Tool – Ability for Add or Edit/Delete a Prior Note
· Trace Report – Update to Default Record
· Retention of Generated Reports on Access Prior Reports Screen
· Open Dispositions Report – Update to ‘Date Picker’
Orchid eStateTM 2.0 *NEW!
The application has been completely rebuilt to enhance its usability across all 50 states. In addition to the GCA firearm legislative updates, we’ve also added new products including magazines, suppressors and other NFA devices. Current subscribers should know that the tool will continue to be updated regularly as legislation evolves. For those who do not subscribe to Orchid eStateTM, please know that the application is available via the Orchid Software Portal in a manual-mode or via API for direct connectivity to your ERP, POS or eCommerce application.
Corrections Tool – Ability to Add or Edit/Delete a Prior Note
Users now have the option to add a non-regulated note to a record in the Corrections Tool. Company Admins may also edit or delete prior notes in this screen.
Trace Report – Update to Default Record
We have updated the default record selected to be the most current transaction.
Retention of Generated Reports on Access Prior Reports Screen
Some users reported longer loading times of “Prior Reports” stored in the Access Prior Reports screen. To increase speed of operation, we have updated this feature to only pull the last 7 days of reports. If a user would like a report that he or she generated over 7 days ago, it can be regenerated use the original search, query and export feature. Please note, to avoid any confusion, this is unrelated to the completed 4473 screen and only relates to historical bound book exports.
Open Dispositions Report
We have fixed an issue where the ‘Date Picker’ at the top of the report would inadvertently return data outside of the date selection.
