Orchid eBound

Uploading to eDocs

FFL files will remain with the FFL's expiration date they are attached to. If the FFL expiration date is updated, the file that was uploaded will not carry over. You will have a red indicator alerting you to update the FFL on file.  

Add your company logo! 

You can add your logo under the account settings of your eBound. Your logo will show up on transfer report PDF's and other documents inside eBound.

Enhancements on e4473

1. In-Process and complete: There is now a legend at the bottom describing what the colors are representing. IE: Corrections and paper 4473 uploads. 
   
2. Canceling a 4473 will now take you to Q32 for the licensee to add notes prior to canceling
   
3. Transaction details: There is now a button on every page of the e4473 that provides you a snapshot of the customer's information for that particular form. This provides you the ability to verify which form you are in.
