Orchid eBound
On Hand Report Update
We have added the additional search fields found on the Search Queries page, to the On-Hand Reports. 

Search Queries Page Update
We have added two additional filter rules to the advanced search options to include "Does not equal" and "Does not contain". 

Temporary Assignment Update
Serial numbers that are currently on a temporary assignment will now trigger a pop-up if they are entered into a transaction. You will see a message that states, "The following serial number(s) are on temporary assignment." You will see a table of all of the applicable serial numbers, and two buttons, Acknowledge will continue with the disposition, Cancel will cancel the transaction and allow you to edit before clicking save again. 

API Error Log Updates
We have moved the API Error log email location to the API Error Log page. This is to easily identify who will receive the emails per bound book, without navigating to the Create / Modify Bound book page first. We have also added additional search capabilities to the API Error Log page that will help you sort and clear the log. You will find you can now filter based on Transaction Type and the Result. We have captured all Transaction Types and Results in the available selections.

API Response for Failed Transactions
We have updated our API Error Responses for the Cannot transfer. Serial number is not in open disposition response. You will now also receive a notification if that serial number matches an open disposition serial number, what Manufacturer is listed on that serial number. We have found that many of the serial numbers that are receiving this response, has a different manufacturer listed than what is in the bound book. This updated response, should help you adjust the manufacturer you are sending to eBound and resolve the error. 

FFL Management 
Under FFL Management you will see My FFL Expiration. We have enhanced this page to hyperlink directly to each bound book in your account. If you need to update your FFL, you can click on the FFL number, and it will open your Bound Book Setup specific to that FFL so you can easily update and save the new number. 

eSerial Updates
We have added a search bar to the serial status page. This will allow you to search a specific serial number and see what page it is currently located on. You will now see a pop-up that will direct you to the page that serial number is located. This will allow you to see the previous and upcoming serial numbers that are in that range. Additionally, the ability to edit an existing table reservation has been added. You will see an Edit button next to each Table Reservation, this will only be clickable if there have been no transactions in the Table. You will be able to only edit the Item Number or Sku associated with that table reservation. If you need to edit the Prefix or Suffix or serial range, you will need to mark that table as inactive and create a new reservation. 

Orchid POS and Orchid eCommerce
Consignment Updates
Consignment's have been updated to automatically default the cost to 0.00 upon creation. You will still have the ability to modify this, if needed, but consignments generally do not have a cost associated with them, since they were not purchased inventory. In Settings > Invoice Settings you will find a toggle to Auto Print Consignment Term and Conditions upon acquisition, this form will now include the item details of the consigned item. 

We have also added the ability to edit a consignment fee. This can be done by looking at the Contact Details of the original owner of the firearm and selecting the Trade/Consign Tab. Only consignments that have not been sold will have an edit pencil next to the consignment fee.

There is also the option to bulk import consignments through the same process as the Bulk Trade. This will allow you to use a consignment import template and acquire all items at once. 

Purchase Order and External Order Update
Serial numbers will now display on all of the Purchase Order and External Order printed formats. 

Vendor Contact Update
Vendor Contacts can now be merged together to remove duplicates. The addition of this feature added the FFL Number to the Vendor Table. This is to ensure that you can properly identify that different FFL's with the same Vendor Name are not actually duplicates. By default, Orchid POS does not allow you to add to vendors with the same FFL number. Merging the vendor profiles together will automatically add a suffix (Archived) to all previous Purchase Orders created with the deleted profile. During the merge process all inventory that previously was attached to the deleted profile will automatically move to the new merged contact. Please keep in mind that this should be done with caution, once a contact is merged, it cannot be undone. 

eCommerce Customer Note Field and Notifications
During checkout consumers will now have the ability to add a custom note to their order. These notes will automatically appear in the invoice below Online Order Comments. In store pick up orders will now appear in a red box, and invoices that need to be shipped will be blue. 

Average Cost Update
In the Manage Product page, and on the internal details of each item, you will now see an average cost box. This total is not editable and is based off of the cost at receiving and the quantity received. 

Development Features in Progress
We are currently working on a few enhancement features to the POS and eCommerce software. These items are currently in progress and should be available in the next few releases after beta testing is complete.
