The 3310.12 form has been revised to incorporate
text changes made to the Instructions Page for Questions 1 and 7.a.
WA SAFE Program Update
The SAFE Program has been revised to include
updated questions from the SAFE Portal. These revisions involve the removal of
additional SAFE Questions 1, 3, and 4, as well as the occupation section in
Section B of the 4473 form.
Standard Transaction Updates
A limitation of 1,000 serial numbers has been introduced for
the Assemble, Disassemble, Exempt Transfer, FFL Transfer, Receive, and
Serialize Transactions. This change was implemented in eBound to enhance the
efficiency of larger Bulk Import or Batch Import transactions. Please note that
this limitation applies only to the eBound Software Portal and does not affect
customers using the API connection.
Shipping Manifest (FFL Transfer / Exempt Transfer Report)
Update
The Shipping Manifest has been modified to print in Portrait format. This
change will significantly reduce the number of pages generated for each FFL
Transfer or Exempt Transfer Report.
