Release of a new, online support portal that includes manuals for all of the Orchid Software Portal applications. Links to the online support portal have been added to the footer of every screen and also under the username in the upper right-hand corner of the application.
A number of immaterial changes were made to enhance user experience.
The feature permitting the entry of an Item Number or a SKU during an eBound transaction has been made optional rather than required.
The instructions for backing up your cloud-based eBound Book to a local drive have been updated.
