Corrections to Serial Numbers in Section A
When corrections are made to Section A of the 4473, all required reportable transaction information is updated automatically. This includes logging the correction, recording the correct serial number disposition in the bound book, and updating the 4473 with a single-line correction that includes initials and the date on the corrected version.

New Feature (BETA): Require Membership for Course Purchases
We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to require customers to have an active membership before purchasing specific courses. You can define which membership level is required for each course directly within the course settings.
Additionally, waiver requirements can now be configured. These settings are also managed within the course configuration, and completed waivers will be saved in the customer’s profile for future reference.
Please Note: This feature is currently in BETA and is expected to be fully released in the next update.
Product Groups Now Support Consignments
Consignment items, which were previously excluded from product groups due to their NLA (No Longer Available) status, can now be added. A system check has been implemented to allow consignments while ensuring NLA items are still appropriately handled.

Orchid POS
Dynamic Pricing vs. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price)
We’ve made improvements to ensure that dynamic pricing will no longer override MAP pricing when MAP is selected as your pricing strategy.
Additionally, the Copy Price tool now includes an updated option for handling items with a $0 MAP value. Instead of defaulting to MSRP (as it did previously), you can now choose to calculate the price as: Cost × Your Selected Markup
This gives you greater flexibility and control over pricing for items without a defined MAP.
Zoho Reports – Sync Timing Update
Zoho report synchronization can take up to 3 hours depending on data volume. If discrepancies are noticed between Zoho and legacy reports, please allow the sync to complete before reviewing data again.
B2B Portal Enhancements
You can now add up to 1,000 customer’s employee portal logins to a B2B account. This is a large improvement to the previous capability of 10 logins.
Consignment Enhancements
Adding and deleting serial numbers to consignments can now be completed using the ?admin feature.
ShipStation Setup Improvement
We’ve identified an issue with ShipStation setup caused by invalid country codes in user phone numbers. A new user alert has been added to help identify and correct this issue during setup.
