Orchid Firearm Sales Portal
New Dashboard Export for Sales Admins
A new Export to Excel button has been added to the Dashboard for users with the Sales Admin role. This feature allows exporting all In-Process, Completed, and Deleted orders for the current calendar year into a spreadsheet for easier reporting and analysis.

Multiple Sales Form (MSF) Delivery Update
We identified an issue where some users’ Multiple Sales Forms (MSFs) were not sent automatically due to a recent Amazon Web Services (AWS) global outage. The issue has been resolved — MSFs are now sending correctly, and we’ve verified and processed all previously unsent reports in the queue. For users who experienced this issue, we recommend that users who rely on the automated email technology to review their Multiple Sales Forms for the last two weeks.

New Feature Require Membership for Course Purchases
We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to require customers to have an active membership before purchasing specific courses. You can define which membership level is required for each course directly within the course settings.
Additionally, waiver requirements can now be configured. These settings are also managed within the course configuration, and completed waivers will be saved in the customer’s profile for future reference.
Enhanced Bulk Update Options
In Manage Products, you can now bulk update additional eCommerce settings. Located under the Bulk Action tab in the Storefront view, this feature includes shipping options (such as 2-Day), Hazmat status, and more—making it easier than ever to manage large product catalogs.
Site Builder Update
Under Build & Manage Site > Select Content Blocks, we’ve removed mandatory settings for page content. All previously “required” attributes are now optional, providing greater flexibility when customizing your pages.
Email Marketing Access
Email Marketing is now enabled by default for all users. You no longer need to request activation from the support team.
Bug Fix
· Manufacturer Limit: Increased the manufacturer display limit (previously capped at 100) to ensure all manufacturers appear correctly.
· Camfour Live Feed Pricing: A small number of customers experienced higher-than-expected pricing on Camfour products. This issue has been resolved, and all pricing is now displaying correctly.
· FFL Finder: Fixed an error where leading zeros in ZIP codes were removed, causing no results to appear.
· In-Store Pickup: Corrected an issue where a shipping address was still being requested for in-store pickup orders.

Register Performance Optimization
We’ve optimized several backend processes to improve overall register speed.
Users will experience faster transaction times—on average, saving up to 10 seconds per transaction.
Manage Products Enhancements
A new filter for New/Used firearms has been added to the Manage Products page, making it easier to organize and locate inventory.
Receive New Serial Number Through Gunsmithing RMA
When a replacement firearm is issued for an RMA, you can now add the new serial number directly within the Gunsmithing RMA process. This update also writes automatically to eBound, ensuring proper recordkeeping and compliance.
Change Vendors at Time of Receipt
You can now change the vendor during the receiving process within a Purchase Order—whether receiving in full or partially.
Previously, POs had to be received from the original vendor. Now, updating the vendor automatically creates a new PO to reflect the change.
Catalog and Copy Formula Speed Improvements
The background logic for the Copy Price Formula feature has been optimized for faster upload and processing speeds, particularly for large data sets.
Reports Update
Beta Reports have been relabeled as “New.” These reports are fully available for use alongside the existing Legacy Reports
POS Country List Update
The country of Czechoslovakia has been added to the POS country list.
