Bug Fix

·      Correct Single Record: Select store reported an issue where the Update button failed to register user clicks after a correction was made. This issue has been resolved. 

4473 Fixes:

·      Q24 Serial Number Update: Fixed a problem where Question 24 did not update when adding an additional serial number.

·      NICS Auto-Fill Ethnicity: Corrected an issue where the NICS auto-fill populated “Pacific Islander” instead of the ethnicity selected on the 4473.

·      Field 27A Date Reset: Addressed a bug where Field 27A automatically populated with the current date when the form was closed and reopened.

Improved Partial Part Number Search

We’ve enhanced the search functionality to properly return results when using partial part numbers. Previously, searches like H001—commonly used as a prefix for several Henry firearm models—would not return results. Partial searches now work as expected.

Orchid POS

Simplified Customer Search

On the POS home screen, the first name and last name fields have been combined into a single unified search field, improving speed and accuracy when searching for customers with common names.

 

NLA Cleanup

As part of our catalog maintenance initiative, approximately 90,000 UPCs from selected vendors have been marked as NLA (No Longer Available) across stores. These products now appear as archived in your account, and you may continue to sell any you still have on hand.

 

Bug Fix:

·      RMA to eBound: Gunsmithing RMAs failed to post to eBound when a vendor without FFL information was selected, resulting in the API error: “FFL Name is required., FFL Number is required.” This has been resolved by validating missing fields at the time of RMA creation.

·      Label Printing: Sale or discount pricing will now only appear on labels when the item is actively on sale or discounted.

·      GunBroker: Fixed an issue preventing items from being relisted after ending without meeting reserve.

·      Serial Number Labels: Printing “all on-hand serials” now displays all associated serials in the popup instead of only one.
