Minor Bug Fixes and User Interface Improvements

Release Overview

Q1S4.21: In an effort to make the user instructions more user friendly we have re-directed the eBound manual feature directly to our on-line support portal. We have also enhanced our Upload Transactions feature by removing unnecessary requirements, also updating the required fields. In an on-going effort to avoid confusion we have corrected a function error message in our e4473 form.

General updates/maintenance

1. The eBound manual button (in eBound, top of page) no longer directs to the user manual PDF, it is now direct to our easy to navigate “on-line” support portal.
   
2. In an effort to save our customers valuable time, our spread sheets in the Upload Transactions function have been updated, required information fields highlighted, optional information fields un-highlighted and unnecessary tabs have been removed.
   
3. Errors on e4473 Q27-Q29 were referencing Q19b to be completed, this has been corrected to read the proper question 27b.
   
4. We have further enhanced the Orchid Software Portal by connecting an on-line Consult Request (located under the reference materials section) form for FFL Law, PLLC, which provides legal services tailored to the needs of firearms business owners and operators.
