Minor Enhancements and User Interface Improvements

Online Support Portal / Tech Support

Release of a new, online support portal that includes manuals for all of the Orchid Software Portal applications. Links to the online support portal have been added to the footer of every screen and also under the username in the upper right-hand corner of the application.

Navigation Links and General Cleanup

A number of immaterial changes were made to enhance user experience.

1. The "Loan Out" and "Loan Return" transactions in Orchid eBound were renamed to "Temp Assign" and "Temp Assign Return."
   
2. The title text on the Orchid eBound "Found" transaction was updated to clarify the purpose of the transaction.
   
3. The Lot and Location fields inside of Orchid eBound were temporarily removed as we enhance that functionality.
   
4. The left-hand navigation menu used for the broader Orchid Software Portal was cleaned up (ex: Added the ATF Technology link back, etc.).

Orchid eBound - Item Number / SKU Requirement Made Optional

The feature permitting the entry of an Item Number or a SKU during an eBound transaction has been made optional rather than required.

Orchid eBound - File Backup Instructions

The instructions for backing up your cloud-based eBound Book to a local drive have been updated.

Orchid eBound - Removed Driver’s License Field for the Paper 4473 Form
