Make a Payment Toward a Travel Reservation
When a customer books a trip with you, they often make payments over time.
1. Bring up the customer in Point of Sale.
2. Unless you have All in One Popups turned off, you will see the open travel reservation right away on their popup; click to enter the reservation page.
- Or, you can select the travel icon under their customer profile to view open reservations.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the reservation page and enter the amount the customer is paying into the deposit field. Click MAKE PAYMENT to go back to Point of Sale, where you can then add items to their invoice or proceed to payment.
