Remove a Customer From a Travel Reservation

If a travel reservation has more than one traveler on it, you can remove any additional traveler. If the customer who booked the trip (main account) is no longer joining you, you will need to cancel the reservation and re-book the others.

To remove a traveler from a reservation:

1. Bring up the customer in Point of Sale.

2. Unless you have All in One Popups turned off, you will see the open travel reservation right away on their popup; click to enter the reservation page.

  • Or, you can select the travel icon under their customer profile to view open reservations.
3. Check the Action box for the customer you are removing.

4. Click the Delete Selected button located under the Add-on Options area.

​5. If a refund is due, enter a negative amount into the Deposit field and click MAKE PAYMENT.
