Orchid eBound
Configurable Barcode Labels
In eBound, you can now access Configurable Barcode Labels through the Printer Settings. Please note that only the Dymo 550 model and the 30252 labels are supported at this time. You will see that we have 7 different Templates that you can customize with 6 different properties. The properties include Manufacturer, Model, Caliber, Serial Number, SKU, UPC and Serial Number. Each label can include a variation of Text, Barcode and QR Code printing. Please note that Barcodes and QR Codes have limitations, we do not recommend that you assign Manufacturer, Model or Caliber to a Barcode or QR Code field. This may cause the label to print incorrectly due to special characters, or character limitations. You can find a walkthrough of the new labels by clicking here.
SNIT Tool Update
We have enhanced the generation of the On-Hand inventory report for Inventory Events. After clicking Lock to start your inventory, you will now see that the page is automatically refreshed, and the status of the event will change to processing. Once the On-Hand Inventory Report is finished, you will see that the status will automatically change to Locked, so you can start taking inventory. Price Level and Membership Pricing available on Shop Page
Orchid eCommerce customers can now enable Membership or Price Level Pricing on their website for their consumers. This feature can be activated in the CPanel under Preferences, by checking this box - Apply Price Level/Membership pricing on products when customer is signed in. To configure Membership or Price Level Pricing for your consumers, please follow the instructions on this guide.
Speed enhancements for Reports
We are currently working on speed enhancements for all of our new Zoho Reports. You should now see significant improvements in the Monies Received, Sales Tax Summary, Sales By Department, Sales By Category and the Accounts Receivable Reports.
