Upload Customer Layaways and A/R Credits
We have added the ability to quickly and easily mass upload customer layaways and A/R Credits directly into the POS.
Layaway Terminology in POS and Invoices
We've updated the terminology in the POS and invoices to ensure clarity for layaway transactions. Previously marked as 'Sale Order', these entries will now correctly display as 'Layaway', providing accurate communication and reducing potential confusion.
Selective Sync for Catalog
Selective Sync is a flexible new feature that allows users to control which fields are synced in Catalog Sync. By toggling fields on or off, users can ensure that only the desired data is updated, preventing overwriting of existing client data. This enhancement empowers users to customize their data synchronization settings, providing greater precision in the management of client information.
Selective Sync Cost Preservation
The Selective Sync process has been enhanced to preserve existing cost values when making updates. Previously, costs could unintentionally reset to 0.00 during sync operations, leading to discrepancies. With this update, pre-established costs will be retained, ensuring accurate financial tracking and consistency.
Merging Customer Profiles
Enhance your customer management with our latest clean-up features that allow for seamless profile consolidation and invoice status updates. Easily merge duplicate customer profiles to maintain a single, accurate profile for individuals
AR Balance Clean-up for House Accounts
A fix has been implemented to address an issue where customers experienced an outstanding AR balance on house accounts that could not be paid through the POS. This issue prevented accurate financial transactions and has now been resolved.
Serial Number Removal from POS
Users can now easily update the POS by removing specified serial numbers. This enhancement ensures that only relevant and up-to-date serial numbers remain active within the system.
Delete Catalog
The new Delete Catalog feature allows you to quickly and efficiently remove empty categories from the POS. You can now easily eliminate unnecessary categories such as those labeled Delete, Delete2, and Delete3.
Click to Pay via Invoice
Introducing the ability to pay invoices directly through the portal using credit card or ACH with the integration of the FAPS Paylink Endpoint. Users can now add invoice statements under their Account Owner and provide a flexible payment amount. This enhancement also allows customers to pay via an email invoice link, offering flexibility for full or partial payments.
Trade & Consignment Feature Access
The Trade & Consignment feature is now available to all clients, addressing previous access limitations.
Prevent API Errors with Mandatory Vendor Details
To prevent API errors arising from incomplete vendor information, the process now mandates that vendor address and FFL details must be provided before proceeding with firearm receipt.
Optional Expiration Date for Auth Codes
The Expiration Date field in the auth code entry process is no longer mandatory, providing more flexibility when handling authentication codes. This update streamlines the workflow, especially for scenarios where expiration dates are not applicable or need to be determined at a later stage.
Fixed Shipping Rate Display Issues
Resolved issues with shipping rate displays on the website, ensuring compatibility with ShipStation integrations. Previously, customers experienced errors such as non-display of negotiated rates and incorrect calculations like displaying “$NaN” as the shipping cost. Additionally, discrepancies where unused FedEx options appeared instead of active UPS rates have been fixed, aligning the website's shipping options with those set in ShipStation, including logical ordering of shipping methods.
Add Tax Toggle on Rental Items
This update introduces a new tax toggle feature for rental items, allowing users to easily apply or exclude tax on rented goods. Quickly manage tax calculations based on your specific business needs with a simple on/off toggle.
Payments Received Report
The Monies Received Report has been updated and renamed to the Payments Received Report to better reflect its purpose. This date-driven report showcases the amounts collected for each tender type, offering clarity and precision in financial assessments. Adapt your financial tracking by leveraging this focused report to understand cash flow dynamics across different payment methods.
Dropship Capability in Purchase Orders
Enhance your procurement process with the new Dropship capability for Purchase Orders. Now, selecting 'Ship to Customer' automatically appends 'DS' to PO numbers, ensuring seamless identification. The terminology updates from 'Ship directly to customer' to 'Dropship directly to customer' clarify process intent. As a Purchase Order status updates to 'Closed,' the system creates a corresponding Accounts Payable entry to the vendor, while adjusting inventory assets accordingly.
Enhanced Search Feature on Ordering Pages
The search functionality from the POS Screen is now integrated into the Manage Purchase Order Screen and the Select Parts to Order Screen, streamlining your ordering process. Leverage this feature to efficiently search for and locate items, ensuring a more smooth and accurate purchasing workflow.
Display In-Store Credit on AR Statements
We have enhanced your accounts receivable statements to now include in-store credit amounts, ensuring customers are always informed of their credits. This update addresses the issue of undisclosed credits on customer accounts, improving transparency and account management. Simply access the AR Statements to view comprehensive details of any existing in-store credits alongside regular transactions.
Reconciliation Report Logic Update
The logic of the Reconciliation Report has been updated to exclude items on layaway. This ensures that layaway items, which remain physically in your inventory, are accurately reflected in POS and eBound, eliminating any false discrepancies previously causing confusion in stock data. Items will only be removed from POS upon conversion from layaway to invoice completion and delivery. Similarly, once disposed of, items will no longer appear in eBound, maintaining clearer reconciliation records.
Customizable Columns for Select Parts to Order
Enhance your purchasing accuracy by adding Color, Size, and other custom fields to the column options on the Select Parts to Order page. This improvement allows you to tailor your view, ensuring the correct items are selected when composing purchase orders. Access these fields through the column chooser to streamline your ordering process and minimize errors.
Inventory Adjustment Tab Report Estimate
Enhancements to the Inventory Evaluation Detail Report have streamlined access to vital information, facilitating fact-finding and troubleshooting processes. While retaining current data, we've improved usability by incorporating hyperlinks to Invoices and Purchase Orders, along with new sorting and export capabilities for seamless navigation and data handling.

Ability for Customers to Delete Departments and Categories
Customers can now manage their Department and Category levels independently, mirroring the existing functionality for subcategories. Before deletion, ensure no inventory is linked to the Department or Category. Deleting a Department also removes associated Categories and Subcategories, while deleting a Category will remove its Subcategories. If inventory is present, a prompt will guide users to reassign the items to a new or existing Department, Category, or Subcategory.
Enhanced Error Reporting for Missing Subcategories
Improved error reporting now identifies issues resulting from products received without a subcategory, preventing potential disruptions related to archived and reactivated products. This enhancement ensures greater precision in tracking and managing product information across systems to reduce unknown errors.

Bulk Trade Import Template Enhancements
The Bulk Trade Import Template now includes optional additional columns to enhance data mapping capabilities. Each new field seamlessly integrates with the corresponding fields across the Manage Products Pages and relevant screens. These additions include comprehensive Firearm Attribute Fields such as reportability, action type, cartridge specifications, and dimensions, along with details on magazine attributes and ammo type. Additionally, new general fields such as color, website product title, and description enrich the import process and ensure accurate data representation across platforms.
Bill Hicks Integration Enhancements
The Bill Hicks Integration Page has been updated to enhance security by hardcoding credentials directly into the setup page, keeping them hidden from customer view. Integration now includes a modified pop-up message informing users that Bill Hicks must approve their account to complete the integration, with a convenient link to email Bill Hicks directly for account approval. Upon receiving approval, users can enter their provided Customer ID to finalize the integration process.
Create Order Import Template
Introducing an import template that facilitates the seamless transfer of sales data from your Auction Site to our POS by automatically generating invoices. Simply use the provided template and spec to ensure accurate and efficient data importation, allowing for an organized and streamlined invoicing process.
Prevent Low-Price Inventory Posting
Now, add an extra layer of security by automatically blocking the posting of inventory items priced at $1 or less. This new protective measure ensures that all inventory entries adhere to minimum price policies, safeguarding your project's data accuracy and integrity. Adjust your inventory settings to activate this threshold and avoid inadvertent posting of low-value items.
Improved IIF File Import Process
We've enhanced the IIF file import functionality to allow seamless importing of new IIF files without removing previously imported files.
