Current Releases

Inventory Cost Update

Landed cost is now available for you to track on your items individually. If you navigate to Settings > Purchase Order settings and toggle on Require Freight Amount, you will activate Landed Cost. This will help you distribute your freight across each item received. The landed cost will be used to generate your commission reports and will be included in your Purchase Order History. 

Physical Inventory Tool Update

A new toggle has been added to the Setup Options page in the POS. You can now include or exclude reserved items from your Physical Inventory Counts. We have also enhanced the Physical Inventory Tool Table and the Inventory History and Differences reports to include a difference column, with the extended cost and extended retail totals. There was also an additional tab added to the top of the Physical Inventory Tool that allows you to easily see the remaining items that have inventory, that have not been scanned. 

Employee Access Level Update

In the Access Level settings, you can now turn off the ability to add new customers. This will remove the ability to add a new customer to the main POS screen using the + button, and through the Back Office > Loyalty > Contacts > Add/Import Customer options. 

Serial Number Search

The ability to search serial numbers has now been added to the Inventory > Manage Inventory Drop Downs. Previously this was only located in the main POS screen. 

Shipping Address Update

The shipping address from in-store and online purchases has now been added to both the 8.5X11 formatted receipt and the packing slip. This will provide either the customer’s shipping address or the FFL Transfer’s name and address. 

Report Builder Update

The Report Builder now has some additional filter options. You will see Transaction Type, On Sale and extended cost as an available filter. We have also added the ability to save custom reports. 

Customer Information Update

In the setup options page, you will now find two new toggles under the Contacts filter. You can now enable the ability to turn on Legacy Customer Numbers, this feature is primarily used during implementation to copy over existing customer specific numbers. The second toggle allows you to Hide the customer’s Driving License Number, this toggle can be turned on to only display the last 4 digits of their Driver’s License ID.  

eCommerce Notification Update

We have added the ability to turn off the POS owners account from receiving all notification emails in the CPanel under Preferences. We have also added a new text field to display on the checkout page for any After Hour orders that are placed. This will allow you to add a message to advise all consumers that if their order is placed after hours, that it will not be processed until the time you enter.
