Pipe "I" Error message for POS Transactions
Orchid POS’ Account Management screen must have the correct Orchid eBound
login credentials in order to access Orchid eBound during an ATF
transaction. Failure to have this
information listed will result in a “ | “ error message.
If your password has been changed for eBound what you will need to do is sign into the POS
1. Click on user name in the top right corner and select My Account
2. Go down to where you can see your Orchid Login and Password
3. This information needs to match your eBook login information, update the information and click Update.
4. The error should no longer be an issue.
